Thought of this when muted done his given not to long ago x D.

a giveaway that can occur, any day, and any time. and the winner is the 1 person whos online, or the 1 selected out of the users online. This giveaway would also be helpful, in multiple ways :p, and it Would also make people start using forums more often,& being online aswell.

so its just a random person thats online? What if theres multiple people though? Would they be put in a random number generator then o_o nice idea just needs a few tweaks

well if there is 1 person besides the 1 giving away, that means the persong ets it by default. if there are 2 or more, at the time it happens, only those people at that moment online will be put into a random name generator.

Example, 3 are on. starts putting names in generator, a 4th 1 gets on, sense the 4th 1 wasnt on at the time they cannot be put into it. it can aso encourage others to be online more often, and more people to be active&post more.

This was the first type of DFG we did, then we did a random trivia post during the day, and now we do a random edit to a post for the question.

We changed it for a more fair chance, then changed it again so that people don't camp forums and actually read them. Whether or not we do it again is up to loyale.

We always do a DFG (daily forums giveaway).

How it works can vary on whether or not it is being abused. When we first did these giveaways, people would just leave their comps on and only a few people were actually using the forums. We like to encourage forums activity and reward those who try to be a part of our community. That's why we currently "hide" the question so that you have to read the forums. Wink

It may be subject to change in the future though. :p

Maybe they could do the dfg giveaway say like it was idk 7m? and 7 people were online, each would get 1m. so everyone wins? becasue the trivia is tricky to win in my opinion because i don't check the giveaways that often
